Terms and Conditions

• The keys  to your Flat and the main door are available from 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival.
• Flats and Apartments must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. (A minimum charge of £10 will be made for keys not returned).
• The management does not hold itself responsible for any valuables left in the flats.
• We reserve the right to cancel accommodation (with no refund) if at any time the behavior of a guest endangers the comfort of others.
• Please inform the management of any expected visitors. No overnight visitors allowed. 
• A receipt will be forwarded if accommodation  is available. If not deposits will be refunded by return of post.
• In the event of cancellation, booking fees are not returnable.  Please give at least 72 hours notice in case of cancellation. Failure to this we have a right to charge full amount in case flat can not be re-let.
• Guests undertake to be responsible for all damages and breakage's, and to leave flats clean and tidy.
• If arriving after 5.00 p.m. please notify the management. 
• Using car park at owners risk
• Due to unforseen reasons, we reserve the cancelling rigts of your reservation. In this case, you will get either phone call or email from us. Please always supply your contact details. Your deposit will be forwarded to your address or your card.
• Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
